Skyrock® Gypsum Board Moisture Resistant WETSTOP, a factory-produced, asbestos-free, 1200 x 2400mm standard panel size, has a noncombustible gypsum core that is enclosed in a sturdy natural-finish paper on the face side and a sturdy liner paper on the reverse. The moisture resistance of the gypsum core is enhanced by the use of specific chemicals that provide a better resistance to water penetration. The face paper is folded over the long edges to reinforce and safeguard the core. The ends have a clean finish and a square cut. Long edges of panels are recessed (tapered), allowing joints to be strengthened and concealed with a joint treatment. 

Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the specific products you're using while priming and decorating with paint, texture, or wallcovering. All surfaces must be completely dry, dust-free, and matte before USG Middle East Sheetrock® Brand All Purpose Joint Compound is applied. When a Level 5 finish is desired, a prime layer of Sheetrock® Tuff-Hide Primer-Surfacer should be applied and let to dry before decorating. Gypsum panel surfaces should be skim-coated with USG All Purpose Joint Compound or primed with Sheetrock® Tuff-Hide Primer-Surfacer to equalize suction before painting in order to improve fastener concealment in areas where gypsum panel walls and ceilings will be decorated with a gloss paint (eggshell, semi gloss, or gloss) and/or exposed to strong artificial or natural side lighting.
